Tickets that have come back to the club go to a ballot rather than quietly round a few people. Anyone connected with the club can enter.
How it works
- Say how many tickets you would like and which of the prices you would take.
- If fewer people enter than there are tickets, everybody gets what they asked for — there is no draw at all.
- If more people enter, we draw at random using a published starting number, so anyone can check afterwards that the order was not nudged.
- Everyone drawn after the tickets run out goes on a reserve list, in order. If a winner drops out, the next name up gets the call.
- You pay face value — the prices shown are exactly what the club paid. The club is not permitted to mark a ticket up.
We keep your name, email and mobile number only to run this ballot and to issue tickets to whoever is drawn. They are not shared outside the club and are deleted once the tickets have been issued. Any questions, or to have your entry removed, contact the club treasurer.
